The "Wannabe Soccer Super Star"

Haneef was really excited when he received info from his after school day care (Adventure Club) about a very good soccer program for young people. The American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO*) started to enroll kids for their upcoming spring soccer camp and programs.
*AYSO is an all-volunteer organization. For the most part, the parents are volunteers.

We decided to register him. He naturally wanted the uniform, the shoes, the shin guards and of course the soccer ball right away so that he can start practicing now so he would be ready when the season begins. On an atypically warm and sunny day for this time of the year, we went out and literally had a "ball".

In the summer, he also loves to get his swimming lessons at the local college swimming pool. So, it is pretty certain that as we enter into spring and summer, we will be bussy taking him to and from his many activities.
